As I posted before, it’s about half Serena and half other areas. Well, it took a lot longer than originally planned, but the Misc Patch is done. In most cases you can't do anything about this, besides not visiting the areas that causes the problem. It is still two years work that needs to be redone, so do not expect it to be done in an instant. To solve this it will in most cases be required to rewrite or re-implement the h-events, something that is currently being done for Serena. This is why you can see Nanako's sprites and images in most older h-events. There were no expectations to see anyone but her when the h-events were made, so intertwined with text, sound and animations of the h-event are the reference to specific images found in the picture folder. Most of the h-events thus have their setting of character portrait and pictures hard-coded for Nanako.
